2. The following materials are expected from the applicants:

A. “CSUFT Application Form for Overseas Student” (with a photo attached), Application Form Download from our website); 

B. “Physical Examination Record for Overseas Student”, (download from our website); 

C. Photocopies of diploma or certificate of the highest degree and schooling records; 

D. Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors (only for Masterate or Doctorate applicants); 

E. Certificate of HSK (only for applicants who study for degrees); 

F. Recently-taken photos (6 pieces, non-cap, 3 × 4cm ); 

G. Photocopy of passport.
